CURRICULUM
This programme will enable you to free up energy and capacity to focus on impact
It’s all about building resilience: with the right systems and principles in place, organisations are better equipped to withstand change and uncertainty, and to bounce forward, not just bounce back.
Designed for climate nonprofits ready to grow, this programme combines systems thinking and practical leadership to build resilient, effective teams and back office functions. Through expert guidance covering operations, strategy, and regenerative leadership, participants learn to strengthen both their internal capacity and ultimately their impact.
Each session will be delivered by an expert and supported by our community activities, expert mentors & advisors, functional Guilds and shared resources.
